You trust FPE to fail to function more often than an AFCI?
Stop being a tool. It was a joke.

Are those 10 pack cases of AFCI? What the heck are you wiring, an entire neighborhood?
Both were laboratory rigged to give the results UL wanted to see...![]()
12 unit condo building. My boss is on the Square D buying program at the distributor in this area.
New or upgrade?
Brand new luxury condos.
Not even the rich are being spared by their own corruption.
What a waste and a shame. I'd like to see the figures for dollars per life saved for afci's vs feeding starving children in Africa, or any number of other things.
No, they are paying for it.
That is truly satisfying to hearEven nice when they start tripping on those expensive hand crafted Italian electronics

That's the part I don't like, because we get stuck going back and changing them out.:rant:
Van tripled in value when those were loaded into it.:blink:What, that all those arc fault breakers are taking up to much room in your van?

With 60+ cases there, you may not be far off!
And thats where my blood begins to boil :rant::rant:

We take out Homelines and install FPE.
Awesome thread. I agree: we're forced to install them, then sound like idiots trying to explain to the tenants why their breakers are constantly tripping, and how if after they own the property, if they want them removed, a little bird might agree to do it.
