This is Water Hose installed by a homeowner. It is not LFNMC!

LFNMC = Liquidtight Flexible Nonmetallic Conduit

It also looks like it's fed with two white wires and no ground.

some thought went into that setup LOL...my favorite is the guy that had his outlet on a float for he could plug his TV into the outlet while he/TV/outlet floated around the pool.......

Isn't green hose listed for grounding? ;)
