What is the general consensus on training DVD's and online courses for NFPA 70E and Osha 10/30/40Hr. courses?
NFPA.org has a few DVD's for NFPA 70E that look appealing. The reason being is that we get new foreman (who we want to be "qualified") from time to time (union, commercial/Industrial contractor) and a DVD would be a lot easier than setting up a training course for every time we get a new guy one at a time. Seems like it would be good for a refresher re-training every three years as well.
Also looking at some online Osha 10/30/40hr. courses. Benefit is that they can be completed at your own pace and include certificate and card. Cons?
