Time Duration of SCCR ratings

I do not know. I don't recall ever seeing time durations on these items.

You would never see a time on the equipment unless the UL standard required it.
To my knowledge, withstand times are found only in literature for equipment, like an ATS and switchgear without an Instantaneous protection element.
