I often have a hard time calculating labor that has to be based on time on job such as non working foreman which usually equates to large $ value.
I often come across a schedule given by the owner/GC then calculate my hours and figure a certain # of men for given weeks based on my manhours and its often less than the schedule given.
So do I figure the schedule given or the duration my manhours/# of men are coming up with?
For a sizeable commercial renovation are you guys often onsite the ENTIRE time? I know it depends on scope so tough to answer.
