We sure agree there, we each have to make our own decisions on a case by case basis. :)

Dillon -- I'm LMAO over that one! :) :) :)

By the way, can anyone tell me where I can find those cool animated Graemlins? The one that rolls back and forth on the floor is too funny, and I needed it here this time.

I found two sites that have cool graemlins:
www.frostjedi.com/phpbb/posting.php?mode=smilies...they have the dancing banana
banana.gif
...and the brick head shot
brick.gif
...and about 100 more.

The other is www.boardmod.org/yabb/YaBB.pl?action=smilieput...they have some good ones too: people arguing
argue.gif
..this guy
skull.gif
...and so on.

What I do is:
RIGHT CLICK on the image, select "VIEW IMAGE"...when the Dancing Banana appears, I copy the URL, then click on "IMAGE" (below the text/chat window) and paste it into the window that pops up.
I use Netscape..MSIE, Mozilla, Firefox, Opera, etc may be different.

If you do a search for "Graemlin" in your favorite search engine (mine is Vivisimo) you will probably find thousands of them. (The sites I picked were the top two - at that tme)

Re: To walk away or not

Well...

I can get the ones from the link that George provided to work:
thumbsup.gif

(HighKV - highlight the link address to the right of a Graemlin, then copy (control-C) it, then go to the window that you are typing in and insert (control-V) that link address in the spot where you want the graemlin to show)

But I can't get the ones from the 2 links that Celtic provided to work.

What am I doing wrong with them?

I'm using "Microsoft Internet Explorer"

To walk away or not

What is my recourse?Almost two years ago I began an electrical service change for a long time customer. In addition to the service change there was also a new kitchen to wire .My original plan was to come off the new service with a sub- panel to feed kitchen. In two days I roughed the kitchen and installed the sub panel. The sub was connected to the existing 60a service so I could give her temp power for the refridgerator.Well things sped up, and in three days time she had the job boarded and plastered(before I could pull permit) She has since run out of money, and my work remains undone.I never pulled permit because I didn't want to see her walls taken down, I also trimmed out the kitchen in good faith.I am not interested in money owed, but only liability. In retrospect I should of pulled a permit before I started. Any advice? Thanks
