If i use noalox on lugs in a panel does it change the tork spec. for the lug ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The torque spec is usually for dry threads, so keep the noalox of them and you should be fine.

Torque will not be affected one bit... knock yourself out. You dont need them on the thread, but that doesnt matter..

Never gave using Noalox a thought when I always applied a little on short flimsy screws on 100 amp circuit breakers. Several times in hundred year old damp basements ( actually cellars because they were below grade ) I found the breaker screw seeze so it would not turn. A few times had halve of the screw head broke off while attempting to loosen a screw.
