Now, how would an inspector know by what means you torqued a breaker? Surely they don't watch the process, and a spot check by retorquing would yeild erronious results due to the cold flow that happened between times.Originally posted by marinesgt0411:

Where I work, the inspector just wants to see the wrench/screwdriver that was used. To own one is enough. I have never had a connection checked.
