Where is the Torque amount listed for lugs.

Usualy on the breaker label, in the breaker instruction or lug installation leaflet and is also listed commonly in the catalog. For loadcenters it may be on the nameplate.
If it's a (W) or C-H breaker I may ne able to help you out.

most of the listings on meter cans i have seen are on a sticker that comes inside of the can already.

most loadcenters have the sticker also but some and especially the custom order ones have it in the literature that comes with the equipment.

if not check the manufacturers website or at worst contact them.

dont forget to make sure if its inch pounds or foot pounds.....some douche at my company snapped a buss off on some can because he was tightening the lugs down to ftlbs and it spec'd inchpounds. not saying your that kinda guy though.

Any one know where they sell torque screw drivers useing a torque wrench to tighten terminals on a breaker is a PITA some inspectors do not like my calibreted 10 in 1 and insist that I torque the breakers

I have a Klein Torque Screwdriver that I got online at MyToolStore.com but it was a bit pricey @ $165.

Torque screwdrivers are much easier to use than torque wrenches. Contact East is one dealer that sells them.

Now, how would an inspector know by what means you torqued a breaker? Surely they don't watch the process, and a spot check by retorquing would yeild erronious results due to the cold flow that happened between times.

Where I work, the inspector just wants to see the wrench/screwdriver that was used. To own one is enough. I have never had a connection checked.
