TR Receptacle and GFCI

I have a question maybe 2. If I replace and existing non TR receptacle. Do I replace with TR receptacle? If the receptacle is in kitchen, bathroom or laundry do I replace with TR GFCI receptacle? If so where is it mentioned in the code.

I assume ALL means ALL even if replaced
210.8 ALL 125volt and 250v
 
Look at 406.4(D)(1)-(7).

406.4(D) Replacements.
Replacement of receptacles shall comply with 406.4(D)(1) through (D)(7), as applicable. Arc-fault circuit-interrupter type and ground-fault circuit-interrupter type receptacles shall be installed in a readily accessible location.
