TR receptacles under 2008 NEC

i dont have a 2008 nec infront of me and i have a quick question about TR receps. When and where are they required in a dwelling unit, and is there any requirement which would cause existing non TR recepts to be changed to TR?

All 15 and 20 ampere 125 volt receptacles in the areas specified in 210.52

Basically everywhere..... The need to change the old ones is not addressed in the nec. If you change a receptacle out I suspect it would have to be to code and thus a TR is required. However I don't think you should be forced to change out the entire house because you did a little work on it. I would definitely check with the local insp. on that.
