I have a Dongan 30kva delta centertap transformer.
480v primary 240volt secondary. I need to reverse feed this transformer
to supply 400 to 460 volts to a thermoking freezer container.
The rated amps are 14amps.
What do you think the max output of this transformer would be to possibly
feed two of these thermoking units.

The obvious answer is (2 x 14) 28a. At 480v, 28a = 13.44kva, which your transformer can easily handle, even reversed.

Not all transformers are permitted to be reverse fed. I would contact the manufacturer to get in writing the fact it can be reverse fed.
