Transfer switch minimum mounting height

What is minimum mounting height for 200 AMP transfer switch servcie rated. Needs to be located under the meter base about 30" to center AFG

I know of no minimum (unless it's so low as to expose to flooding)

I have mounted them below existing meters. Height never came up during inspection, but wiring them was obnoxious.
