Transformer calculation. Help!

When you are given a primary and secondary voltage and then told that the secondary voltage is a line voltage are we justified in assuming that the primary voltage is line too.
And just what is the line voltage in a delta?

Anyway, the ratio of the voltages must be the inverse of the current ratio. And one of the line currents is given.
OK, my analysis was fine up to the last sentence. What we are given is the phase current and what is asked for is line current. So in addition to the voltage ratio you have to increase the current by the phase to line ratio.
