Transformer Ground sizing

When grounding an equipment ground on the seconadry side of a 112.5 KVA transformar do you use the table listing overcurrent protection or the one for circular mills? This has come up as to a determination as to a transformer qualfiy as a new service.

The bonding and grounding conductors on the transformer side of the first OCPD are based on the secondary conductor size and Table 250.66. The required grounding electrode conductor is also based on this Table.
