Hello, I recently purchased 2 Hypertherm 4400 HT plasma cutter power sources, from Canada. They were shipped to a welding repair shop to be tested, here in Houston, then I was told they were 600V input machines. I contacted the manufacturer asking if they could be converted to a lower input voltage, the answer was no. His recommendation was to get a step up transformer. Here are the input figures of the machines. U1=600V, l1=86A, S1=89kVA, COS=.94, IP22. I need to find out exactly what I need to buy to make these power sources work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
