Transformer lug ratings questions...

While speaking recently with a city electrical inspector, he told me that transformer connections are 60C rated and conductors must be sized accordingly. Has anyone heard of this? I've always just used my load and 125% for sizing.

That's news to me. Considering the amount of heat generated by a loaded transformer I don' think that the connection point should be a problem if 75 degree terminations are used.
