Next size up on primary is OK, not on secondary

There may have been some confusion about the transformer protection vs conductor protection. In post #17 I was referring to transformer protections. I understand Bobs response now.

In 2017 it's on Pg 97, in 2014 it's on Pg 99.

If I recall, transformers run best when loaded to 80% &+.

For the past decade or so, the DOE requirements for transformers requires their 'efficient operating point' to be designed for 35% loading.
