I need to call the utility, however, what is common practice for laying out pipes in a transformer pad?......What I remember is primary on left and second on the right, looking at the pad from the front...

Normally 10 feet of clearance in front of the doors (hot stick swing area)

Normal pads for 75 to500KVA is 84" x 78". 9 or 10 inches thick.

Seems that coming from the left it's 2 foot in from the edge of the pad, 1 foot back from the front.

Check specs to see if large sweeps are required, and if they are metal vs PVC.

Call might not hurt.

All the material is being supplied by the POCO and is already sitting at the job...All I have to do is glue it all together...

PVC slabs? Cool!

Ask 'em for a spec sheet. My local POCo has an entire book, replete with pictures 'n' everything. Elevations & plans. Details. Notes. Exceptions. The list is endless...

Something like this is what you're looking for.
