Transformer Question / Color Id Question

Two part question.

1. I have a 45kva transformer. 480/277 to 208/120 It's fed from a 70amp breaker and loaded to a 150amp breaker. What would the proper size wire be in your all humble opinion? Do you allow for continuous duty?

2. Was told by someone today that doing a residential service the wired "had to be" black and/or black red. I told him that that wasn't true but just had to be sunlight resistent. Code reference......

Both can be black or any normal hot color.Nec never said boy or brb
A few residential guys think they have 2 phases

They don't have a leg to stand on. Or rather, they have 2...

I believe some pocos require residential service conductors (when cable isn't used, and it isn't obvious) to be to either identify the neutral, or identify each leg with either black or red tape.

Here and by code i must mark neutral.Smaller wire use to work but now its white tape.Matters not if other 2 are black
