Transformer secondary conductors landing on chiller

I did leave out the secondary conductor length. I don't have the exact length. The transformer is right next to the chiller. It's possible they don't exceed 10 feet. I'll go out and measure today. It looks like I can increase the conductor size and be okay as long as they aren't longer than 10 feet.

I like that idea.

Yeah so do I but MTW and efelon have good points about that darn switch and definitely make me doubt that it meets code.

Theoretically I see no problem but I really cannot defend my idea well enough to refute them.
