We have a transformer of 2500KVA and max current is around 3330A. When i start a compressor of capacity 200KW(with soft starter control) with nominal current 320A, compressor takes 1950Amps and voltage coming down to 340V. My source capacity is 8MW. Cable size for the motor is 2 runs of 3 X 300sq mm UG cable. What could be the reason for this voltage drop
