Tap 6 will give you 222V on the secondary.

Look at the table supplied by the OP, what is the transformer ratio for Tap 1 versus Tap 6?
The purpose of the tap is to provide the rated secondary voltage, an Above Normal (AN) tap is used when the supply voltage results in an output that is higher than desired.

Look also at the drawing. Lower numbered taps put more turns on the primary (H) side and so decrease the output voltage.
