Would Sola HD E2H75SCU 480V to 208/120V below link comply with grounding and bonding shown on NEC 2014 Exhibit 250.14 shown below? It has taps to make 480V and 208/120V

Actually, the transformer cannot be NEC compliant. However, you are correct, it can be installed in an NEC compliant method.
As is often the case, the OP did not provide sufficient information on how the item was being configured and installed.

Big exhibit on post #1 is the way grounding and bonding to be installed in the link provided transformer. I dont follow

Why would you ask if an exhibit from the NEC Handbook would be code compliant? Note that that is not the only compliant method, but it is compliant.

What I am confused about is the link and model number of transformer in post #1 has transformer with taps.

The question was can whats shown in exhibit installation apply to that transformer or not?
 
Why would it not comply as long as the installer installs it properly for its listed use? It is a UL list part, so you're good there... it all comes down to who is installing, and will they install it properly.

The exhibit installation is showing an example of how grounding on the secondary side of a delta-wye transformer is done. The electrical connections to the E2H75SCU transformer are in diagram #5 on pg 22 of the document at your link. It shows the X0 terminal on the secondary that would be grounded.

The transformer taps are on the delta primary windings of the transformer and they are isolated and independent of what is being done on the secondary side.

What connection and bonding method was shown on the plans you are reviewing? It is easy to find NEC compliant examples but they may have nothing to due with what is being installed.
