Transformer

I am trying to run my primary and secondary runs to transformer in the same conduit because of limited space. Primary from CB in control panel and secondary back in to control panel to terminals. Can i do this sizing my conduit correctly. All is 480v.
3#8,4#6 - 1.5"conduit.

If they are regular wires, 1" conduit is good enough. 1.5" conduit is even better from space aspect.

Could be an isolation transformer.
