Transformer

Ok a generator is feeding a 45kvs transfomer ehich feeds an ATS which feeds a panel. I was wondering if there is a code as to where they transformer has to be such as close/in sight of the generator or more than likely in the room with the ATS & panels becuase they don't show the location of the transformer.

The secondary conductors of the transformer must comply with one of the rules in 240.21(C) which will limit the length of the secondary conductors.

I'm there and looking, thanks. THe code is always worded so comlplicated. I see transfromer secondary conductor but they have for not over 10' and not over 25'

Then placement is limited to the 10' or 25' requirements you already mentioned (assuming this is not an industrial installation from your inference).
