I am looking to connect a Bunn coffee brewer in a new coffee shop, and have a few questions please. The voltage rating on the brewer is 120/208. The supply voltage is 240 single phase. Is there a transformer I can use to step down the voltage? I know this is probably a simple question for most, but I have almost no experience with transformers. Any help would be great. Thanks

You can easily get 208 from 240 with a buck-boost (autotransformer) and not need one sized for the full KVA of the load. The fact you have 120 volt loads involved complicates it though. If 120 volt loads are all connected to one leg and just 208 volt loads to the other leg it can be done with the autotransformer, just don't connect the 120 volt loads to the leg that is run through the transformer.
