You need to know the motor characteristics to properly determine, otherwise it's just a guess.

Starter type also makes a difference.

If it's DOL it needs enough reactance through the transformer to keep the voltage drop within acceptable limits.

A 60Hp motor has a FLC of 77A and LRC of 6 x 77 = 462A. If the impedance of a 75KVA transformer is 3%, the VD at the LV side of the XFMR, not including cable VD, is going to be around 15%.

If you can live with that VD, then 75KVA may work, otherwise you will need to go larger. IMO, I'd be thinking more along the lines of 112.5KVA.

This is also assuming the 240V has enough reactance in the system.
