We are having a discussion about using a TC #12/7c cable for an industrial 3PH 120/240 circuit for 120VAC receptacles.
The colors in the cable are BLK,RED,BLU,ORG,YEL,BRN,RED/BLK.
How do we identify the Grounded Conductor and ground conductor, I am aware of NEC 206.A, is there and exception to this rule for our situation?

For the equipment ground exception read the last sentence of 336.10(7)
