I just wanted to let you folks know that these things work great for residential ,..I just replaced eight nasty floor receptacles ,..you know standard old work with a standard metal cover , all filled up with dog hair lint and dirt.
The house was built in 1765, so not exactly standard construction ,..slick and easy with this system ,..the house is so old and dry,.. a wood rasp was about all I needed to enlarge the cutout... the bottom bracket is for old work ,..but if you have access to the basement the new work bracket can also be used ,...with a little imagination
Almost forgot ,.. they cost me a bout $40.00 each
