Trough wireway sizing

I am having trouble sizing a trough/wireway.

Would the attached sketch be code compliant?

Is sizing wireway same as sizing box?

NEC article 376 covers wireways. You can size the wireway based on the number and size of the conductors in it, not the conduit. See 376.22. But also, if you are using it as a pull box, you size it like a box. See 376.23.
