Tugger slip in coupling

Looking for a sheeve that attaches to the outside of a pipe. If you look at the attached image this sheeve fits into the conduit. I was curious if there is a similar product that goes over like a fitting

Greenlee has one that threads onto the EMT connector or rigid conduit.

I can see how that particular fitting attaches to the boom arm Sheeve...

Bs the something like that that has a pulley mounted to it like the slip in Sheeve in the attached image
