I have been asked to install TVSS with a breaker in panel board.

Can any body tell me how to determine the breaker size and cable size for this TVSS

Almost all of any we have installed the wire size and breaker size was specified by the manufacturer.

Is there any code to specify the cable and breaker size for TVSS

Check our Article 285 in the 2008 NEC. This Article deals with surge protective devices less than 1000 volts.
