two double duplex, separate circuits

I would like to have two duplex receptacles in a 4 square box be on separate circuits. Using a metal 4 square box and conduit can I pull in two hots, a shared neutral and ground to put receptacles on different circuits? If so does there have to be a means of disconnecting both circuits at same time?

Re: two double duplex, separate circuits

Thanks for the response. The definition of "yoke" is a little unclear to me. Is it right to say that a single duplex receptacle has one yoke and two duplex receptacles have two seperate yokes?

Re: two double duplex, separate circuits

2 duplex receptacles have 2 yokes. Common trip breaker not required by NEC. It might be a good idea to common trip them if this doesn't cause a potential problem with having the other circuit trip out unnecessarily.
