Two service feeds. Wire size question.

I want to make sure I am using the correct wire size, This will be direct burial cable (URD)

Run 1: To the House- 200 amp service, 210 foot run. Plan on using 4/0 Al (Sweetbriar). Most appliances will be gas.

Run 2: To the pole barn (36'x56')- 100 amp service, 170 foot run. Plan on #2 Al (Stephens). Lights and normal farm tools and equipment.

This was suggested by my local electrician. Does this sound reasonable?
