I’m installing a rath two-way communication system for a hotel fire alarm system. The cable required to be ran between each floors call station needs to be 2 hr fire rated which is very expensive. Is there a conduit/boxes/fittings that I can use that would allow regular wire to be pulled?

I don't think so. FPLP is just a plenum rated fire alarm cable. Nothing about it suggests that it will survive the extremely high temperatures it would see inside a conduit that is exposed to fire. It would melt. Temperature spec is 23F to 167F.

Continuing from the closed thread, that CIC cable you found still has to be installed in conduit.
