Two wire sizes in residential box?

I think the NEC is trying to make it clearer that they want all the EGCs in the same box, of any size, from any circuit, tied together. I think it's a stupid rule.

I think most already thought the intent was to tie all the EGC's together - exception for when they are pulled through without any splices.

Don't see the wording changes accomplished all that much.
