What is class 1 electrical wire?
Do you mean a installion under Art 725 Class 1 power or non power limited circuits?
If so, and your network comm circuits are Art 725 Class 2 or Art 800, then the anwer is no.

unless you put in a seperation plate or run the network cable inside of some other raceway.

Re: Type 1 metal (trough) hanging wireway

Since you have used a numerical one in Class 1, I assume you are referring to Class 1 circuits covered in Article 725, specifically 725.24. Communications installations comes under Article 800. The answer to your question can be found in section 800.133(A)(1)(b). Not allowed unless an exception can be applied.
