Type MC Cable and Steam piping

Where can I find the spacing requirement for Type MC cable where it is adjecent to a steam pipe or hot water pipe? or any adjecent spacing requirement for that matter.

You won't find one!

Unless the cable is securely fastened parallel to the steam pipe this shouldn't be an issue. For what it's worth, most steam pipes that I see are eventually covered with pipe insulation.
