Typical Utility Feeder Size

What is the typical wire size from the "local utility" for the service drop of a residential 200 A service ? 1/0 ?, 2/0 ?
400 A service ? 4/0, 250 mcm ? Trying to get some estimates for an "AIC" chart...

For a 200 amp service the drop appears to be about a #2 Al triplex.

Obviously this could vary by POCO, but I just connected to some POCO drops with h taps and they were larger than I thought. I figured they were usually #2 but they must have been #1 or 1/0. (It didn't measure because the H tap covered both sizes).

Around here it would be 1/0 AL triplex.
