I used to use a crap load of them when they were the only listed 10 A branch circuit breaker with a DIN rail mounting available.
There was a link here that I don't remember where it is, but there is a proposal to allow 14/2 copper clad aluminum, if that happens 10A breakers are going to be needed for truck stock.

They probably going to need to make 10A AFCI's as well if that ever happens.
I realize tract homes and multi family dwellings are built as cheap as they can get away with, but still don't think that 14 AWG CC aluminum is such a great idea.
