I just see the 10amp mcb a waste of panel space.
There was a link here that I don't remember where it is, but there is a proposal to allow 14/2 copper clad aluminum, if that happens 10A breakers are going to be needed for truck stock.

They probably going to need to make 10A AFCI's as well if that ever happens.

I realize tract homes and multi family dwellings are built as cheap as they can get away with, but still don't think that 14 AWG CC aluminum is such a great idea.
