Around here it is done by using the 3/4" threaded hold at the well head. They install a 3/4" threaded nipple and then attach a 4"sq. box and just ground the box with the EGC.

i dont think uf says on it" listed submersible pump cable"
i have made guys rip it out when i saw it out of the well
casing and run all the way back to panel......
