Attached sketch ufer bonding jumper from #1/0 awg common grounding electrode to ufer of size #4 awg copper correct or is it undersized? Asking because the bonding jumper does extend thru #1/0 awg to other electrodes and grounding electrode conductor bigger than #4 awg.

If I am reading the wire sizes correctly, the #4s from the service disconnects with 4'/0 supply are undersized.
Assuming the 1/0 is sized to the service, I see no other problem

What size are the service conductors? How did they determine that the #1/0 is the correct size for the GEC?

What do you mean by this? Your drawing implies that the horizontal line is all #1/0. So the #4 connection to the Ufer ends on the #1/0 common GEC.
