Every buss bar I know of will take a 4AWG with out the need for an add-a-lug. Some of the old stuff wouldn't, but everything in the last thirty years will.

Yes.
I'm asking if they will take two 4's.

1- water
1- cee

I've only seen for the one.
Then the next largest is for #6.

What Dave was saying was every terminal on the neutral bus will accept up to 4 AWG on almost all newer panels. Nothing says the larger terminals (if they exist) need to have the GEC landed in them.

Square D, Cutler Hammer, and Siemens are all this way from what I have seen, GE may be only 6 AWG but seems they do have some occasional larger spots in their neutral buses. I don't seem to run into too many newer GE panels so I am not as certain on those. There isn't anyone else making panelboards left, all other lines still in production are under one of those companies.

Thank you.. Did a search and saw seimens had torque values for 6-4 so I'm "assuming" they accept a 4.

Schneider Square D is impossible to find (at least for me)

will look at cutler..

giving me a headache looking for it..

I'll take your word for it..

if the neutral bar doesn't come large enough to fit 4's, I'll wrap the 4 around a drywall screw.. :)
