UL Listed MCC with unlisted Harmonic Filter installed as part of the assembly

The client requires a Harmonic Filter to be UL listed (but it is not). However, the HF has been installed within a 480VAC MCC that is UL listed - meaning, it was installed at the manufacturer's place of assembly. Does this mean the HF is automatically covered under the MCC UL listing?
