UL508A Component Procurement

One of the major problems that I have come across since starting to design UL508a is certain power circuit components like MCCBs and Rotary Operator handles have been difficult to find a reliable source to purchase from. And when I have found a reliable source they are very expensive.
How do other UL508a panel shops source components from Schnieder, ABB, Eaton, Siemens, etc ? Most of these manufacturer's local distributors have a rather lackluster selection of parts. Is my best option reaching out to them and waiting for quotes?

It depends on many you will be buying at a time and if you will have time to wait for delivery.

Many of the major manufacturers have OEM sales groups so some companies can buy direct or at negotiated rates through local suppliers.
