UL508A defines power circuit as "Conductors and components of branch and feeder circuit". I don't think grounding conductor falls under this, correct? the reason I am asking is that I want to know if I can use 75C rated wires for ground.
thanks,

What wire would you use that is only rated for 75 deg c in the first place?

There are no insulation requirements fore ground conductors, other than color, so I suppose you could. But to Bob's point, why bother? You have to use 90C insulation on everything else, so you are going to go out and buy DIFFERENT insulated wire like THW instead of MTW for the grounding to save a nickle or too per 1000ft??
