UL508A Nameplate Location

It appears in the 3rd edition of UL508A, that the nameplate needs to be on the outside of a control panel now (based on table 52.1 General Markings section). This is a definite change from the 2nd edition by removing "b". Table 52.1 "General Markings" section calls out "a", which states visible WITHOUT opening the door of the enclosure, But in reading 52.3 sounds conflicting ?. Any input ?

52.3 The location of required markings shall be in accordance with Table 52.1. All markings, other than
those on a diagram, shall be located so that they are visible after installation of field wiring when a cover
or door is opened.

if it is on the outside of the door it would still be visible after installation of field wiring when the door is open. I don't see any conflict.
