Does anyone know of a brand selling a UL98 switch which has 6-poles?
I have a control panel which is feed by 3-phase (L1,L2,L3) and 1-phase (L1,N).
Where I think the best solution would be to shut down both supply input at the same time to the control panel.
I think it might be possible to also use a UL489 molded case switch to comply with the UL508A requirements.
I know there is 6-poles UL508 rated switches but it seems to be very difficult to use them to shut off a control panel, they are more for turn on-off a motor, not the complete panel what I have heard.

Why 6 poles? You don’t need to switch the neutral, so really you only need 4 poles. 4pole UL98 listed switches are readily available. And is the 120V high current? For some disconnects, you can add an aux contact that’s rated for 15A.

But yes, you can use a Molded Case Switch, and you can get 4 pole fairly easily as well. Not necessarily in stock though, it’ll be factory order. But getting more than a 10kA DCCR rating on one may be a problem.

UL508 switches are not listed for use as anything other than as a manual motor starter or a supplemental disconnect disconnect, i.e. down stream from another UL98 listed disconnect or a UL489 listed breaker. Never as a main device.
