Under Cabinet Lighting Recommendations

I am looking to install under cabinet lighting. I want something that can be hard wired to a wall switch, and that is also dimmable.

I have searched and found numerous products, but wanted to see if anyone had any recommended products based upon previous installations.

A new back splash is being installed so cable (per code) can easily be installed and power is readily available.
