IF I have to do thins installation this is usually what I use.....

I also usually run the romex right out to the U/c light and secure it with a ty wrap with mounting hole. I'll tuck it right in against the light valance that the cabinet guys I work with install. Neat and safe as far as I am concerened. :smile:
